Orders of 1-5 books will be shipped media mail the day after we receive the order. Please allow 10 days for shipment. Shipping charges: 1-2 books: $2.00; 3-5 books: $1.00 per book; 6 or more books: 7% of total order. If you need expedited shipping, please call or e-mail us for additional charges. Larger quantities of books are shipped UPS ground.
